This letter is our nomination for Mark Elberg for his outstatnding service and excellence in helping us find and purchase our home.

When I started to look at houses driving around our neighorhood, the first house I wished to see had a HUFF REALTY sign out front. I called the number... Mark answered and the rest is history!

May this letter be a history lesson for all Realtors... everywhere... ;)

From our very first conversation, Mark began working for me(for free!!) He asked when I wanted to view the house and met me there. The first house was disapointing, yet Mark let me know he could show me any house I wanted to see, whether it was a HUFF sign out front or not! I thought Mark was "Great"!
I had never used a Realtorto buy a house before, so I was quite ignorant of how the process works.

Well, ture to his word, Mark continued to answer his cell on the first ring everytime. I called to look at a house, and he showed them to me at MY CONVENIENCE not his! I know he was driving some distance each time, yet was always on time wearing the greatest smile!!! (not to mention greatly, professionally dress. From our first introduction, Mark was professionally at our beck and call... to our continual amazement.

Todd and I work opposite schedules and more than once, Mark would show the same house to me, at my convenience, and Todd, at his convenience. AMAZING!

When Mark knew exactly what we were looking for, he went online & sent us pages of homes.... and included was on that we "had" to see firt (there were several ). So at our convenience, Mark met Todd & me at 5335 Ward St. in Maddisonville (the area that we wanted)...

Mark explained it was rehabbed by S.C.A.T.T. - it was "beautiful"... Everything

So new & nice & we knew it was for us! Mark offered his personal advise only at ou request on how to put an offer down on the hous, which we so apppreciated since this is our 1st home! And at this point only a couple mo's. after we met Mark wasn't just our Realtor... he was "our friend". the most trusted friend you could ever hope for. In signing all papers, Mark cam to us! And at our convenience. And so incredibly knowledgable in every aspect of buying a home... and believe me, I had alot of stupid questions. :)... and yet he never made us feel anything but reassured, confident and shared our nervousness & extreme excitement over the entire process!

I lost track of how many times he drove to us to get something signed & he took care of the paperwork... always!

There were problems with our "closing" on the sellers end... it was delayed twice and Todd & I were packed & ready to move & had to delay many, many things; as you can imagine. Movers, utility changes, all at the last minute for who knew how long! Mark was there with us thru ALL OF IT... holding our hands and holding our heads, when we felt emotionally sick... Mark was alway on top of the legalities, wen we didn't know what our rights were. Mark did! He kindly & gently urged us to attend the meeting w/him & the sellers & lawyers (it was all for our advantage!) God bless Mark :) 6 days later we closed!

To us we are in the "perfect house"... and we know we never would have found it, if it weren't for Mark Elberg!

Marks personal attention to all, our needs; Marks exceptional & constatnt availablility & Marks Awesome personality, Friendliness& last but not at all least, his wonderful laugh & sense of humor through it all... Mark put up with us when our own relitives wouldn't have...

Not only are we now in our "perfect home" we have a new adopted member of our family... Mark Elberg! :)

Todd is a chef & kitchen mgr... I'm a waitress... our lives are dedicated to Serving Others... Mark blows us out of the water, and we pride ourselves in our work!

Mark is the Poster Child for Realtors everywhere... and we trust you at Huff to see that also! If you don't , you are missing out in recognizing probably the Best Employee you have ever had! "Good Luck"! "Choose wisely"!
